The Role:
You run the floor and control the guest experience. Friendly, fast, and consistent—that’s the standard.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead FOH team and daily service.
- Lead the window and BOH team during crunch time.
- Train staff on service standards.
- Handle guest interactions and resolve issues.
- Manage scheduling and labor.
- Keep service flowing smoothly.
